MANAGING WORK AND FAMILY LIFE
SAMAF WIVES HANGOUT
Conflict between work and family life is one of the most common sources of stress for working wives. In this productivity-driven society that we are living in, more and more wives are finding it hard to adequately fulfill their roles both at home and at the workplace.
More often than not, wives are unable to find a point of balance between their careers and their families; there is always one that is given more priority than the other. This behavior has been associated with many challenges; strained family relationships and many more.

Recent research indicates how cell phones are affecting our relationships. This study reveals that excessive phone usage not only decreases marital satisfaction, but it also contributes to a greater likelihood of depression.
The implications are clear; our most important relationships can be dulled and diminished in favor of screen time. But you and your partner can work together to overcome excessive device usage and reconnect with face-to-face time together.
Do join us on Saturday 22nd August @ 6.30 pm as we discuss the MOBILE PHONE wahala in our relationships and marriages.
Speakers: Paul and Linda Mante.
